Should you sleep on the plane?

If you travel through more than 3 time zones the chances are you will experience some degree of jetlag.

It seems the best way to minimise this is to start behaving as if you have arrived before you get on the airoplane. And a key factor is light and lack of it.

As someone who travels a fair bit I found this article from the recently published UK Wired magazine pretty helpful…
