ForgetMeNot Africa has been nominated for two categories at this year’s prestigious Meffys Awards.

The Meffys – regarded as “the benchmark in the mobile media industry” has shortlisted ForgetMeNot Africa for both the Best Technology Innovation Award for eTXT Facebook from Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, and in the Best Mobile First Innovation category for Message Optimiser.

This year’s shortlist demonstrates the rise in mobile content and commerce services that not only entertain but also enable deeper consumer engagement and monetisation directly via the mobile connected device.

The Meffys Awards 2011 will be presented at a gala dinner on July 7th in London.
